The District generally meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 9:00 AM at Pine Mill Ranch Community Center, 28610 Pine Mill Ranch Drive, Katy, Texas (next to Keiko Elementary). The Board of Directors invites all members of the public to attend its meetings.
